By default, the colla Dog Pro updates every 60-120 seconds. However, if needed, you can put the device into LIVE mode, which updates every few seconds.
Our tracker is one of the smallest on the market; it measures 6.5 cm x 3.5 cm x 2 cm and weighs just 35 grams. We recommend it for dogs weighing at least 5kg/10lbs, which, with the exception of toy Chihuahuas & a few others, includes most dogs!
We advertise up to 5 days on average. You can significantly boost this by setting up a power saving zone around your house within the app, it depends on how the device is used, with a short 1 hour walk per day, you can expect 5 days battery life.
With your permission, yes. They only need to download the colla app and log in.
Yes, to use our trackers, each tracker requires a subscription. This is because each tracker works similarly to a mobile phone, using data on a network contract (this is all included as part of your subscription fee, along with the SIM too). You're free to cancel & re-activate your subscription whenever you like. We don't tie you into any contracts. Just select our monthly cancel-anytime plan.
